RAdWiki End User Licence Agreement
0. PREAMBLE
As with the GPL GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2, November 2002, the purpose of this license is to assure appropriate users the effective freedom to copy and redistribute materials; but use under this license is solely for noncommercial use. All non-commercial users shall be responsible for modifications made by them. All other persons or entities wishing to use the Research Administrators' Wiki (RAdWiki), or any portion thereof, should contact Higher Ed Services, Level 10, 210 Clarence StSydneyNSW 2000.
1. APPLICABILITY AND DEFINITIONS
This License applies to all material copyrightable by and published by Higher Ed Services (HES) as a part of its RAdWiki,in any medium. All non-commercial users are hereby granted a worldwide, royalty-free license,unlimited in duration, to use that Work under the conditions stated herein. The term "Document," below,refers to any Work comprising the RAdWiki,or any portion or derivative Work thereof,which is subject to copyright. Any person or entity using the Document for non-commercial purposes (including educational purposes) is a licensee, and is addressed as "you." You accept the license if you copy, modify or distribute the work in a way otherwise requiring permission under copyright law.
A "Modified Version" of the Document means any Work containing the Document or a portion of it, either copied verbatim, or with modifications and/or translated into another language. All Modified Versions are considered Derivative Works, as defined under Australian Copyright law.

"Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law,copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law,unfair competition law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide. You agree not to (and agree not to allow third parties to) modify, adapt,translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer,disassemble or otherwise use other persons' or entities' Intellectual Property, except in accordance with applicable law and any license that those persons or entities may grant to you. 13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall HES or any third party who makes its content available in conjunction with or through RAdWiki Document be liable to any user on account of that user's use or misuse of RAdWiki Document or such third-party content. Such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect,incidental, consequential, special,exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based upon warranty,contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise (even if HES and/or a third-party content provider have been advised of the possibility of such damages). Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance upon RAdWiki Document and all third-party content made available in conjunction with or through RAdWiki Document, from inability to use RAdWiki Document and all third-party content made available in conjunction with or through RAdWiki Document, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of RAdWiki Document and all third-party content made available in conjunction with or through RAdWiki Document (including such damages incurred by third parties). 14. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
This License will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions of New South Walesor your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of this License to be unenforceable, the remainder of this License will continue in full force and effect.
